Program Terms
These terms explain how the Apex Athlete program works, how we use content, and what we ask of athletes. The program is run by GreenCor Holdings Inc., operating as Apex Sports ("Apex", "we", "us"). Questions? Email creators@apexsports.co.
1. Who can join
- Volleyball athletes and coaches aged 13 or older who live in the United States or Canada.
- Athletes under 18 need a parent or guardian to complete the parent section of the application. The parent or guardian agrees to these terms on the athlete's behalf.
- Your Instagram account should be public so we can review it. Applying doesn't guarantee approval.
2. No contract, no obligation
- There is no fee and no minimum number of posts. Post when you want.
- You can leave the program at any time by emailing creators@apexsports.co.
- We may decline an application, or end someone's participation, if these terms aren't followed (for example, harmful conduct or misleading content).
3. Gear
- Approved athletes may receive free Apex training gear. What we send is confirmed at approval and depends on availability.
- Gifted gear is yours to keep and use. Please don't resell it.
- Gifted gear is covered by the same Apex Lifetime Warranty as any customer purchase. Use it as shown in the instructions; athletes under 18 should train with appropriate supervision.
4. Your content and how we use it
You own your content. When you join, you give Apex permission to use it only as described here.
What we can use
- Only posts where you tag Apex or add Apex as a collaborator, or content you send to us directly.
- If Apex isn't tagged, we won't use it.
Timing
- This permission covers Apex content you post after you're approved.
- Apex content posted before you joined the program (including clips shared for launch videos) will not be used in ads without your permission, and a parent or guardian's permission if you're under 18.
How we may use it
- We may share your tagged content on Apex's own Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, website and emails, crediting your handle.
- We may also repurpose your tagged content in Apex advertising, including editing it into ads.
- We may crop it or add our branding, but we won't edit your content in a way that misrepresents you.
Compensation
- There is no separate payment when Apex shares or advertises with your content. Athletes are compensated through gifted products and the perks of the Apex Athlete program.
- Athletes who choose to join our affiliate program can also earn commission on sales from their own link (see section 7).
Removing content
- You can ask us to stop using any piece of your content at any time. We'll remove it from Apex's channels within 14 days of your request. Ads already running will stop at the end of their campaign or sooner where possible.
5. Disclosure when you post
When you post about gear Apex gave you, or share your affiliate link, you need to tell your audience. Turn on Instagram's Paid Partnership label (or the equivalent on other platforms) and include #gifted or #ad in the caption. This is required by advertising rules in the United States and Canada, and it applies to both you and Apex.
6. Honest content
- Share your real experience. Don't make claims we can't back up (for example, "guaranteed to raise your vertical").
- Keep it respectful. We won't feature content that's hateful, unsafe or inappropriate.
7. Commission (optional)
- Commission is opt-in. Athletes choose whether to join, and athletes under 18 join only with a parent or guardian's agreement.
- Affiliates get a personal link through our affiliate partner, UpPromote, with their own dashboard showing the sales they bring in.
- You earn 10% of each order placed through your link on apexsports.co (excluding tax and shipping).
- Commission is paid monthly by PayPal on the sales you've earned, with no minimum.
- For athletes under 18, commission is paid to the parent or guardian.
- As the program grows, commission may move to a tiered structure. We'll let affiliates know before any change.
- Please don't post your link on coupon websites or use it in paid search ads.
- You're responsible for any taxes on commission you earn.
8. Partnership pricing
Athletes who post Apex content can get partnership pricing on any Apex gear, on request. Just email creators@apexsports.co with what you'd like. Partnership pricing is for your own use and can't be shared or resold.
9. Athletes under 18
- A parent or guardian must consent in the application and can withdraw consent at any time by emailing creators@apexsports.co. We'll then stop using the athlete's content as described in section 4.
- Apex staff contact athletes only through official Apex accounts and the parent or guardian email provided.
- We never share an athlete's address, school or location publicly.
10. Your information
We use the information in your application (including date of birth, address and parent details) only to run the program, ship gear and pay commission. Access is limited to a small Apex team. See our Privacy Policy. To update or delete your information, email creators@apexsports.co.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we'll let participants know by email before it takes effect.
12. Legal
- Apex isn't responsible for injuries from improper use of equipment. Always follow the product instructions.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
