No-Return Policy (Keep the Product)
We do not require customers to return products. If you experience an issue with your order and believe you are eligible for a refund, you may keep the product.
We offer a 30-day refund request window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@apexsports.co within 30 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- A clear explanation of the reason for the refund request
- Photos or videos of the product, if applicable (for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)
All refund requests are reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of the seller. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Refund Approval
Refunds are not automatic. Each request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If your refund request is approved, no return is required, and you may keep the product.
If your request is not approved, no refund will be issued.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@apexsports.co with supporting photos or videos so we can review the issue and determine whether a refund is warranted.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds may be denied for, but are not limited to:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items
- Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or user error
Approval for any exception remains at the seller’s discretion.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If a refund is approved, you may place a new order separately if desired.
European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to request a refund within 14 days of delivery. However, refunds under this provision are still subject to seller review and approval. No physical return is required.
Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
